Benefits Module
- There will be as set annual price for registered users to purchase the benefits package.
- The benefits package is an annually renewable service so that the system will automatically attempt to charge again in another year.
- The date of the purchase of the benefits package becomes the annual renewal date for the benefits.
- Weeks start on Sunday and end on Saturday.
- The admin GUI enables the admin to create an unlimited number of benefits that the system will track.
- Benefits can be set to renew weekly, monthly, quarterly (every 3 months) or annually.
- When the admin creates a new benefit, they will set the number (quantity) of the benefit and the frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) of the benefit.
- Benefits will fall off
1) whenever the time for the benefit on the calendar expires
2) whenever a user deletes it
3) whenever an admin deletes it
REAL EXAMPLE THAT I WILL BE USING FOR MEMBERS OF PORT ANGELES BUSINESS CENTRAL
I will be creating the following benefits:
- 1 Hour Free Office Rental - Weekly
- 2 Hours Free Private Meeting Room - Yearly
- 2 Hours Free Conference/Party Room - Yearly
Once a person Purchases the benefits package, it will "load" their benefits for them and they will see them when they login. Immediately after purchase, they will be redirected to the members home page and they will see something like this:

Users and Admins can both access the benefits and tap on the Schedule Now link. This link will open a calendar enabling the user or admin to schedule a date and time for that member. Please have default open for the current day and hour so it is easy for them to use at that moment.
(Many users will stop in unscheduled to use a benefit, and this will make it easy for us to update.)
If they click on the see report, they can see when they have used the benefit in the past as well as when they have scheduled to use the benefit in the future.
They need to be able to edit any future benefits they have scheduled.
Once they have been using their benefits, their home screen should look something like this:
